Even with the best effort from your treating clinician, living with a mental disorder can feel like riding
a roller coaster in the dark.
Sounds familiar? We shine lights along the track by providing you and your clinician with additional tools to understand better, manage and treat your mental disorder.
We enable you and your clinician to track your disease symptoms. Based on clinically validated feedback, we provide you with personalized psychoeducation. By doing that, we help you better understand and manage your course of the disease.
Improving the Treatment Journey
Access to App and Wristband
Firstly, you gain access to the app and obtain a wristband. The wristband can last 12 months without a recharge.
Onboarding
During the onboarding session, the first step is to download the Mindpax app and register. At first, introductory tutorials will help you through our app’s onboarding processes, wristband pairing and full usage.
Long-Term Monitoring
You can see your daily activity and rest on the home screen, giving you feedback based on the wristband’s movement data. In the long-term overview, we provide you with a report on disease symptoms development, insight into potential triggers, disease-relevant information and medication reminders.
Microeducations
Finally, you can learn more about your disease using general or individualized psycho-educational sessions on a weekly basis. You can gain information about disease management methods, health literacy, medication adherence, and abnormal deviations from standard behavior.

The key moment with the Mindpax system was for me during my last significant mood swing in the fall. The doctor viewed all the Mindpax graphs for the past years to show me the course of the disease. We looked at the graph and discussed it. I could see what my disease looked like.

Mindpax monitors my sleep and mood. In the past, I wrote down my sleep and mood changes every day. I don't have to do that anymore. Another positive outcome is that my doctor can use the data to help me manage my disease. I also believe that the system may bring valid information about the treatment success.

I suffer with mania. But thanks to Mindpax's solution and my patient husband we have managed to not only curb the growth of my mania, but actually decrease it in the last two days. Thank you and your colleagues very much.
